These are examples of the types of engagements I take on. Every project is a little different — the common thread is that each one focused on a practical outcome the client could actually use and maintain.

I don't publish client names or sensitive details. Notes are included where they fit naturally and the client is comfortable being mentioned.

Helped a small logistics company set up Google Workspace from scratch — including admin console configuration, business email for the team, shared drive structure, calendar sharing, and user account management. Documented the setup so the owner could manage it independently going forward.

Reviewed a small retailer's software subscriptions and identified significant overlap between tools. Helped consolidate from 8 apps down to 3 — reducing monthly costs and eliminating the confusion of redundant logins and duplicate data.

AI Workflow Evaluation & Setup

Worked with a solo consultant to evaluate AI writing and research tools. Tested several tools against their actual workflow, identified what was genuinely useful versus overhyped, and set up a practical daily workflow that saved them time without adding complexity.

Standard Operating Procedures

Helped an owner-operator document their core business processes into plain-language SOPs. The goal was to allow part-time staff to work independently without needing to ask for guidance on every task. Created a simple template system they could extend on their own.
